Paid acquisition for SaaS that counts demos and trials, not just signups.

SaaS funnels have more steps than most: click, signup, activation, demo, trial, paid. We build campaigns and tracking around the steps that lead to revenue, so budget is not judged on the cheapest signup.

The problem, and our answer

Where these funnels leak, and how we’d fix it.

The patterns we look for first in an audit, and the starting plan. It changes once we've seen your accounts, your numbers and how your sales process works.

Where it leaks

  • Cheap signups that never activate

Campaigns optimized for signups can find lots of people who create an account and never come back. On paper CPA looks great. In revenue terms it is often wasted.

  • Long sales cycles hide what works

When a deal takes weeks or months to close, ad platforms only see the first step. Without passing later-stage data back, campaigns optimize for the wrong people.

  • High CPCs on category keywords

Competitive SaaS keywords can be expensive. Without tight intent targeting and strong landing pages, CAC climbs quickly.

  • Tracking split across product and marketing

Marketing site, app, CRM and billing often live in separate tools. Joining them up is where attribution usually breaks.

What we do

  1. 1

    Define the conversion that matters

We agree which event best predicts revenue, such as a booked demo, an activated trial or a qualified lead, and build campaigns and bidding around it where volume allows.

  2. 2

    Match offers to buying stage

High-intent search gets a demo or trial offer. Colder social audiences often respond better to a lower-commitment step, like a template, a calculator or a product walkthrough.

  3. 3

    Send downstream data back

Where technically feasible, we connect CRM or product events to Google and Meta, so campaigns can be judged on qualified pipeline rather than raw signups.

  4. 4

    Landing pages per use case

One generic homepage rarely converts every audience. We build focused pages for specific use cases, competitors or roles where it makes sense.

FAQ

SaaS: straight answers.

Should we optimize for trials or demos?

It depends on your sales motion and volume. Demos are closer to revenue but lower volume. Trials give more data but include more low-intent users. Many SaaS accounts run both with separate campaigns and tracking.

Can you track which ad led to a paid customer?

Often, if your CRM or billing system can be connected and leads carry source data through. Accuracy depends on your stack and sales cycle. We will tell you what is realistic after reviewing your setup.

Is Meta useful for B2B SaaS?

It can be, particularly for retargeting and for products with a clear, broad audience. For niche B2B products, Google Search is often the stronger starting point.

Do you run LinkedIn Ads?

Our core services focus on Meta and Google. If LinkedIn is essential for your market, we can discuss it during the audit, but we will not pretend it is our main specialty.
